Our Nulife Seamoss is a perishable product. All sales are final for all products.
Once your tracking number is updated please call UPS to track your package.
If you enter your address incorrectly and we send it to the incorrect address you provided we will not replace your Seamoss
If you report anything being wrong with your perishable product 48hours after being delivered successfully we will not replace your product.
We highly recommend your selecting UPS as your carrier. If you select USPS please be aware that their estimated delivery time will cause your perishable products to go bad before getting delivered. If your are ordering tea or capsules USPS may be the best fit for you. If your are ordering seamoss
