At NU Beauty & Co, We strive to get you your order in the most efficient time. Once your order is placed please allow up to 48 hours for processing time. Once we process your order allow 2/3 days for delivery.
Standard Shipping Times
USA and Canada: 3-5 days
Oceania: 7 - 21 days
Europe: 9 - 21 days
Latin America: 10 - 25 days
Other countries: 14 - 30 days

Processing Times
Orders can sometimes take 2-3 days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship on weekends.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!
Unexpected Delays
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
Products arriving at different times
Note that certain products might dispatch from different fulfillment centers at different times, which means a selection of certain products might arrive at different times. So, don’t worry if your whole order doesn’t come instantly or at different times, they're on their way! We too also offer tracking numbers for your orders to ensure you’re aware where your package is.
